Margaret is a trained nanny (NNEB) worked in the industry since 1982 and most recently went back to university to become a qualified tutor. Her belief is that every person working with children should have training. As a nanny it is not about being a good 'babysitter' its about understanding the needs and requirements to help children develop intellectually, socially. physical, communication and emotionally. It is a profession and so requires training, continued professional development and additional requirements of DBS (legal requirement to work with children under 18) plus pediatric training. Margaret works with like minded people in the industry and this training is jointly being taught along with Carly who is NNEB trained, and an industry leader in Bournemouth. Our team has assisted nannies and families since 1996. The course is run by two NNEB childcare professionals with over 50 years combined experience within the childcare and nanny sector.
Your day will be:
Speaking to experts in the nanny industry
Learning skills that are required of a nanny
Understanding of working in a family home
Portfolio building to present to parents and nanny agencies
Training times. 11.30-14.30pm

To complete the Ofsted registration further modules will need to be completed. This can be done at your home with full support/via our workshop or online learning. Certificated course
